Live products only must ship by Priority Air. All items F.O.B. Texas 78628 or from several of our other nurseries. We ship on time, but we cannot be responsible for any carrier problems. Please add $5 per shipping box which includes the cost of the special protective box, boxing and handling. Title of goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. Point. FREE full color printing – with no extra charges. Overruns/Underruns: +5% or -5% – for exact amount, put “ship exact amount” on your P/O. For less than minimum – add $69V. Absolute minimum 150 pieces. Sizes, weights and colors can vary because of “Mother Nature.” All first orders need prepayment. Production Time – 3 week shipping standard.
Cancellations and Returns are not offered because we have a perishable product. When ordering, customer agrees to all the terms shown on our website: www.thegroline.com. For Seeds: about 2 years. For Live Products (trees, bulbs, aloe & bamboo): 6 to 7 days after your priority arrival. To extend the time by 6 to 7 additional days specify and add Extra Life Gel treatment.
